Clean rooms, friendly staff. Comforting stay!

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the clean pool area where the kids loved to play! The location is perfect for day trips up the east coast, making it convenient for our adventures. One night, we even caught a gorgeous sunset nearby.

My kids wished there was a playground or more activities for them to enjoy during our stay.

Breakfast offered a good selection including sausage and waffles, complementing the clean and comfortable room that easily accommodated our group. A minor drawback was the lack of linens for the sofa sleeper, but staff promptly provided what we needed. Additionally, the building showed some signs of age, and there were concerns about nearby activity that might raise safety questions.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and the free parking made my stay enjoyable, especially with the convenience of being close to Norfolk International Airport for my travel needs.

The overall service needed improvement, as there were cleanliness issues.

Front desk staff provided polite assistance, and the breakfast selection was decent, featuring sausage, scrambled eggs, and waffles. The room was clean, although it did require some repairs. the beds were comfortable enough for a budget stay. Unfortunately, the room experienced some issues with housekeeping and cleanliness. Noise levels from the hallway disrupted sleep, making it a less than ideal environment for rest.

Found a fridge that only kept things lukewarm but there was a very nice lady named Keisha who helped us with the beds and made it a little better and trust me that goes a long way when the experience stinks like that place did

It wasn't cheap but I can say it was bearable for a night

I had a great experience during my stay. The hotel was impressively clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. After spending a couple of days exploring, I found the waterfront park just over 2 km away, perfect for a relaxing stroll and breath-taking views, and the convenience of nearby dining like Captain D's made my stay even better. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant visit overall.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the beautiful Outer Banks and explored historic Williamsburg. The staff was super friendly, and the place was clean and comfy. Just a heads up, the facility is older, but it met our needs. Great choice for a group getaway.
